Scott Franklin DDS
Dr. Scott Franklin received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Dental School at San Antonio in 1990. He completed his advanced training in pediatric dentistry in 1992 and received his diploma in orthodontics from the University of Toronto in 1995. He was awarded the Special Merit Award by the American Association of Orthodontics for his graduate orthodontic research thesis.
Dr. Franklin began his full-time private practice in orthodontics and children’s dentistry in 1996, opening offices in Austin and Dripping Springs. He has been active in study groups and has received several awards for excellence in orthodontic treatment by the Texas Tweed Ortho Study Group. In addition, he has authored a chapter in an orthodontic textbook entitled, “Ortho for the Next Millennium.” Dr. Franklin takes great pride in providing the highest quality in orthodontics and pediatric dental care in a gentle and caring manner.
Aaron Collins DDS
Dr. Aaron Collins completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah and subsequently relocated to Texas to manage a family business and attend dental school. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 2003, and specialty diploma in pediatric dentistry in 2005, both from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Dr. Collins is passionate about community projects on behalf of children’s dental health. While in San Antonio he created an oral health community education program for preschool children and their parents. During his residency, he completed extensive research in the area of cleft lip and palate. He gives back to the community by volunteering time at the Special Olympics and Austin Smiles. He also enjoys participating in humanitarian dental trips. Dr. Collins is a compassionate pediatric dentist, devoted to creating a positive experience for each of his patients.
