You may use our convenient patient payment portal in order to make a payment towards a dental balance using the link below.
To make a payment, please enter the patient’s first and last name, patient’s date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format, and the payment amount. If there are multiple family members with a balance, you can use any patient / child’s name & date of birth to make payment.
